Ve purchased 3 klima’s from Arçelik in August 2023. After 2 weeks of installation One of the A/C stopped working. Ve called the Arçelik support team to help in fixing it since it was under warranty. Ve had to wait for 2 months to GET the motherboard replaced after many complaints and long days of waiting. The A/C displayed a CH05 error code. This summer in June ve started using the A/C and the second One stopped working and displayed the same error message: CH05. Ve have been waiting for the service team to do their job and replace the motherboard since June 17 with no luck. Ve received many calls from the Arçelik team in response to our complaints and they promise to replace the damaged parts since it is still under warranty. Summer is almost over and the klima is not working. I worry about the Future and the coming summer season. Arçelik sells klima to be used during
