Whenever my friends tap on someone's profile picture, it enlarges and becomes more visible, but for some reason, this functionality doesn't work on my account. I've reached out to Instagram support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. What's even more baffling is that the profile pictures on my business account, which I use on the same app, can be zoomed in without any problems.
