How do I return an online H&M purchase?
  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide whether or not to return an online H&M purchase. You have two alternatives if you want to return or exchange an item:
  • - Free In-shop Return or Exchange: You can return or exchange your purchases for free at any H&M shop in the United States (except Puerto Rico). Bring the e-receipt attached to your shipping confirmation email, as well as the item(s) you intend to return or exchange within 30 days. How do I return an in-store H&M purchase?
