I Face Account Suspension on H&M App and Lost My Plus Member Coupons
On August 21, my H&M online account (a********@hotmail.com) was suspended after several incorrect password attempts, and I received an email notifying me about it. However, I never received a password reset email. When I contacted H&M customer service online today (September 8), I was told that my account had been permanently closed and could not be reopened. My account was a Plus Member account, and I had unused gift coupons and membership benefits that I can no longer access.
During my conversation with the customer service representative, I was informed that the issue could not be resolved and would be escalated to someone more authorized. However, I haven’t received any updates or solutions since then.
I am requesting that my account be reactivated and that my lost benefits, including gift coupons and Plus Member privileges, be restored. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed urgently and that my grievance be addressed as soon as possible.
