I Face Account Deletion on H&M App and Can’t Return My $31 Order
On August 22, my H&M mobile app account was suddenly closed without my consent. I received no warning or explanation prior to the closure. At the time, I had an active order worth $31, and after receiving the product, I wanted to return it. However, since my account was deleted, I was unable to process the return.
I contacted H&M customer service, but they were unable to reactivate my account. Because my order number was no longer accessible, my return request couldn’t be processed. I even provided the email address and phone number I used when placing the order, yet no solution was offered.
I live in Balıkesir, Bandırma, and I’m requesting that my consumer rights be upheld by allowing me to return the product and receive my refund. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
