I Face Issues Returning Unworn H&M Pants Without a Receipt Despite Bank Proof

On September 27, 2025, I purchased a pair of pants from an H&M store in Istanbul for $43. I have never worn the item, and the tag is still attached. However, when I tried to return it today, the store staff said they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have the receipt. My bank payment slip clearly shows the transaction amount, date, and store name, yet they still refused to process the return.
I also asked to speak with the store manager about the issue, but I was told the manager wasn’t available and couldn’t be contacted. I called H&M’s customer service line as well, but they only said they could log my complaint without offering any real solution. This is the first time I’ve faced such a situation, and I’m requesting that my issue be resolved by accepting the return based on my bank payment receipt.
