I Face Shipping Delays With My H&M Pajama Set
On September 25, 2025, I placed an order (#10540659782) for a black pajama set with a shirt and shorts from the H&M store on Trendyol, totaling $46. I purchased it as a gift, so receiving it on time was very important to me. However, my order still hasn’t been shipped. All my other orders placed at the same time have already been dispatched, yet there has been no progress with this one.
I contacted both H&M and Trendyol customer service multiple times, but I only received automated responses and no real assistance. When I followed up again, I was told, “Your order will be shipped soon, have a nice day.” However, there has still been no update or movement in the shipping process.
I request that my order be shipped immediately and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
