H&M Deleted My Account Without Warning and Erased All My Points and Coupons
My H&M account, which had a large balance of points and coupons, was deleted about a week ago without my consent. When I tried to access my account, I attempted all available options — including password reset — but I never received a reset email.
I contacted H&M customer service, and they informed me that my account had been deleted globally and that nothing could be done to restore it. However, losing all my accumulated points and discount coupons has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I request that my account be reactivated or that my points and coupons be reinstated as compensation for this issue.
