I Face Account Login Issues on H&M Website and Lost My Rewards

All of a sudden, the H&M online store stopped accepting my password. I requested a password reset, but I’m not receiving any emails. I had several recycling discount coupons and reward points saved in my account. After doing some research, I found that many other users are experiencing the same issue, which makes this even more concerning.

I’ve been shopping with H&M for years, bringing in bags of clothes for recycling and building up rewards through the program. I want my account restored immediately and expect H&M to resolve the issue and restore my lost coupons and points.
