MG HS Alignment/Tire Problem Ignored by Service

I received my brand-new MG New HS on April 12, and from the very first day I have been experiencing a pulling issue. The car shifts into the next lane in about four seconds at 90 km/h, and the problem becomes even more noticeable at higher speeds. The issue is constant and seriously affects my driving safety.
I have gone to the Kocaeli Ekcan authorized service center multiple times because of this, but each time I was told there was no problem. I also contacted MG customer service, and although I was told that the service center would handle the issue, no solution has been offered and the problem still continues. I learned that another owner who bought the same vehicle around the same time had the issue resolved with a tire change. However, no change or corrective action has been taken on my vehicle.
My car is under warranty, and I request a detailed inspection and, if necessary, replacement of any parts or tires to permanently fix this issue. I expect an urgent solution for my safety. I have multiple videos showing the problem. The service already has the recordings, and the same issue exists in the test vehicle at the service. Customers who came to test drive also reported the same problem to the service.
