I Face Missing Order Issue on H&M App After Successful Payment
Through the H&M iOS app, I made a purchase totaling $86 during a sale. The payment was successfully processed using my credit card, but I’m unable to view the items I bought on the “My Orders” page. I placed the order about an hour ago, and I haven’t received any error messages during or after the transaction. I also tried logging out and back into the app, but the problem persists. Additionally, I tried contacting customer service by phone, but I couldn’t reach anyone.
