Whether you are an H&M Loyalty Member or not affects how much it costs to return an item. How it works:
• Choose to return the item via USPS. If you do this, there is a $5.99 fee for return shipping. This fee will be taken out of your refund automatically.
• H&M Loyalty Members can return items for free:
• If you are an H&M Loyalty Member, you won't have to pay the $5.99 return shipping fee. Members of the H&M Loyalty Program can return items for free, which makes the process easier and saves money.
In short; if you're an H&M Loyalty Member, using USPS to send something back won't cost you anything. If you're not a member, though, you'll have to pay $5.99 for return shipping, which will be taken out of your refund.
The numbers mentioned in this piece of advice may change over time. Therefore, please refer to the official H&M website.
