H&M Store Staff Treated Me Rudely During Checkout — Poor Customer Service
On Monday, September 22, around 9:30 p.m., I made a purchase of approximately $308 at the H&M store in Bodrum Midtown. The cashier — an older woman wearing glasses — behaved extremely rudely and dismissively during my checkout. At one point, I even felt as though I was about to be scolded. Because of her attitude, we were very unhappy with our shopping experience and will make sure to avoid her register in the future.
I didn’t have any issues with my purchase or the products themselves, but this behavior completely ruined our in-store experience. My receipt number is 0148.
I kindly request that the staff member in question be properly warned and that the store ensures employees communicate with customers in a more respectful and professional manner to prevent similar experiences for others.
