We needed to take our MG vehicle to the service center, but the service location you directed us to is an absolute disaster. It’s set up outside the city, right at the exit of a tunnel and on top of a bridge where trucks pass by at full speed — a truly dangerous place. There are no signs, no directions, and finding the location is nearly impossible.
Your sales point in Yomra is spotless and high-quality, but the after-sales service is a complete ordeal and a major disappointment. It’s unacceptable for a brand like MG to put its customers in such a dangerous situation. I request that MG Türkiye investigate this issue, re-evaluate the service location, and at the very least provide visible and safe directional signage immediately, along with a solution that prioritizes customer safety. The gap between the excellent service provided during sales and the poor after-sales experience should not be this large. Such a critical negligence regarding safety is unacceptable.
