H&M Charged Me $88 for a Jacket but Didn’t Create an Order
On September 18, 2025, at 8:23 p.m., I tried to place an order for a jacket through the H&M mobile app (iPhone). I made the payment using my Papara card, and $88 was deducted from my account. However, even though the payment went through, the order was never processed in the system, and no order number was generated. My transaction number is 4359090018.
I haven’t been able to reach H&M customer service about this issue yet. I’m requesting that my order be confirmed or that the payment be refunded to me. Since both the product and the transaction are covered under warranty, there should be no reason preventing either a refund or confirmation of the order.
I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
