H&M Did Not Load My Refund to My Gift Card After Return

I returned the product with code 1271515001006 from my H&M online order number 69397972991. The product reached H&M on July 10, 2025, and the system shows that the return process was completed. However, despite a long time having passed, the refund amount of ₺929.94 has not been loaded onto my gift card. During this process, I have not received any updates or emails from H&M, and I have not yet contacted customer service.
