I Still Haven’t Received My H&M Order After 7 Days — Where Is My Package?
I placed an order with H&M on July 19, 2025 (Order No: 69676330551), and yet here I am, seven days later, still waiting for it to arrive. What kind of delivery management is this? There has been zero communication, zero transparency, and absolutely no update on the status of my package.
Is H&M playing games with its customers? It feels like the item I ordered wasn’t even in stock when I purchased it. Was it just marked as “available” to bait the sale, with actual shipment delayed for days? That’s misleading and disrespectful.
This level of service is unacceptable for a global brand. I paid expecting a proper delivery window, not to be left in the dark and chasing an invisible order. I demand that H&M immediately update me on the whereabouts of my shipment, provide an explanation, and ensure swift delivery. Otherwise, I’ll escalate this to consumer protection authorities. This experience has been frustrating, and frankly, H&M should be ashamed of such poor logistics and lack of accountability.
