I Face Account Termination on H&M App With No Reason or Prior Notice
My H&M membership account, which I have actively used for years, was suddenly closed about a week ago without any explanation or prior notice. My account included Plus Member status, reward points from past purchases, and benefits such as free shipping. Although I was told that the closure was due to “security reasons,” I was never informed about what kind of security issue occurred, and I was also told that my account could not be reopened.
I can no longer access my account from any platform — whether the mobile app or the website — as my membership has been permanently deactivated.
I expect H&M to provide a detailed explanation about why my account was closed and to restore my account access. It is unacceptable that an account I’ve used for years without any issues was closed suddenly and without any communication. I’m requesting that this issue be resolved and my customer rights reinstated.
