H&M Online Sent Wrong Product and Ignored My Refund Request

On August 20, 2025, I placed an order (#70221425361) on the H&M online store for a skirt and shirt set. However, instead of receiving the skirt, I found another shirt inside the bag labeled with the skirt’s barcode, and the skirt was never delivered. I reported the issue during the return process and sent the package back the same day.
Despite explaining the situation, the same mistake happened again — only the shirt refund was processed, and the skirt refund was never issued.
I contacted customer service via live chat and explained the situation in detail, but I was told that no investigation could be started until 14 days had passed, and no solution was offered. I originally paid $176 by debit card, but only $73 was refunded. I am still owed $103, which has not yet been returned.
I kindly request that this error be corrected and that the missing refund for the skirt be processed as soon as possible.
