H&M Closed My Account for Security Reasons Without Any Warning

On August 24, 2025, around 1:15 PM, my H&M mobile app account was closed for security reasons without any warning or notification. When I realized I couldn't log in, I tried changing my password several times without success. I then requested a password change, but I didn't receive an email, and I couldn't access my account. During this process, I contacted H&M customer service through the app. I was informed that my account had been permanently closed for security reasons. I had no shopping history, balance, or points in my account; I was only an H&M member.
