HP Victus Gaming 16 Repeating Touchpad Faults - Request For Free Replacement

I purchased my HP Victus Gaming 16 laptop in August 2023, and since the day it arrived, it has repeatedly shown the same faults. In March 2024, touchpad and keyboard issues began. I sent the device to the authorized service center in Istanbul in August 2024, but about a week after it was returned, the touchpad problem came back, and I had to temporarily disable it using fn+f11 just to continue working. I sent the laptop to service again in August 2025, yet the same issue returned within a week. In October 2025, I sent it for a third time. This time the touchpad was reportedly replaced and the device was returned to me, but after this repair, the laptop became completely unusable. Each time I contacted HP customer service, I was told the repair had been completed, but the same problems returned shortly afterward. In my last call on November 26, I was told that my 2-year warranty had expired and that the 1-year extended warranty did not apply in this case, meaning no replacement could be made and only repairs were possible. However, the laptop experienced the same fault multiple times during the warranty period, was sent to authorized service every time, and the issue was never permanently resolved. In the latest repair attempt, my previously functional device was returned in a completely non-working condition. I also recommended the HP Victus model to several people around me before my device failed completely, and they all experienced similar issues, clearly showing that the product has a chronic defect. Given everything I have gone through, I request a full product replacement without any additional cost for a device that repeatedly fails and is now unusable.
