I Demand Missing Betandyou Deposit Bonus After $56 Deposit

Today, I deposited $56 into my Betandu account, and even though I requested the deposit bonus that should have been applied, the bonus was never added to my account. I met all of the bonus requirements, yet no bonus appears in the system.

The username of the account I used for the transaction is B****** G****. Since I have not received any response from live support or through the system, I request that my issue be resolved and that the deposit bonus I earned be fully credited to my account.
