Metin2 Player Using Cheats Repeatedly And No Action Taken By Support

On October 23, 2025, I repeatedly witnessed a player named “ııhelbladeıı” using cheats on the Gameforge Metin2 server. This was not a one-time occurrence—it has become a frequent and ongoing problem. My in-game name is TR43.

Despite reporting these unfair situations to both in-game staff and the support team, no action was taken and the issue remains unresolved. The fact that players who use cheats are allowed to continue playing seriously undermines my gaming experience.

My expectation is that cheating players are identified and permanently banned, ensuring a fair playing environment. I request an urgent and effective solution to this problem.
