H&M Employee Denied Access to Dressing Room Before Closing Time
On August 28, 2025, I experienced an issue at the H&M store in Forum Istanbul. Although the store’s official closing time is 10:00 p.m., the fitting room attendant closed the changing rooms at 9:30 p.m. and did not allow me to try on any items. I did not contact the store management or customer service afterward.
I am requesting that appropriate action be taken regarding the employee involved and that store policies be reviewed to prevent similar incidents from happening again in the future.
