Whatsapp is a free messaging program that lets users exchange text, phone, picture, and video conversations as well as documents. The company that created the app sold it to Facebook/Meta in 2014. WhatsApp is accessible in more than 180 languages and may be used in most regions of the world. The app is one of the most widely used messaging platforms, with over two billion monthly active users.
The WhatsApp Business API, which facilitates interaction between companies and their customers through WhatsApp, is how the firm makes money despite the fact that the program itself is free to download and use. WhatsApp Payments, which allows users to send and receive money using the app, is also available in some regions.
