H&M Closed My Account Without Warning and Deleted All My Points and Orders
My H&M account, which I’ve been using since 2017, was suddenly closed without my request or consent. All of my saved orders, points, and account information have also been deleted.
I contacted H&M customer service first by email and then by phone, but I was told, “We can’t provide any information,” and received no explanation or assistance. During this process, I also lost all my accumulated points, leaving me completely disadvantaged as a loyal customer.
From what I’ve seen, this seems to be happening to many others as well. If H&M’s system randomly shuts down customer accounts, responding with “there’s nothing we can do” is completely unacceptable for a brand of this size and reputation.
I am requesting that my account be reinstated and my points restored. I expect an urgent and transparent resolution to this issue.
