H&M Lost My Returned Item and Refused to Refund My Money or Return the Product
On July 31, 2025, I placed an order for a men’s jersey from the H&M online store for $36 (Order No: 69873314711). After receiving the item, I decided to return it and shipped it back to H&M via Yurtiçi Kargo on August 29, 2025, using the tracking code 191376881737.
However, the brand later claimed that the jersey was missing from the return package and refused to process the refund. They stated that they had sent the package back to me, but I never received it.
At this point, I no longer have the product, and I haven’t received a refund either. I contacted H&M customer service, but they didn’t provide any solution. I’m requesting that my issue be resolved and that the payment for the product be refunded to me immediately.
