I Face Permanent Account Lockout on H&M App After Password Mistake
While trying to log in to the H&M mobile app, my account was permanently blocked after I entered my password incorrectly a few times. I’ve been an H&M customer for over 10 years, and I haven’t been able to access my account since September 8, 2025, which means it’s been 16 days without access.
When I contacted customer service via both email and phone, I was told that my account had been permanently locked for security reasons and that I would not be able to open a new account using the same email address. They also said that, due to security policies, they couldn’t provide any additional details but would notify me if there were any updates.
Since my account contains past order information and personal data, I’m requesting that the block on my email address be lifted and that access to my account be restored. My last order number was 68724356551, and my registered email address is [email protected].
