I Face Account Lockout on H&M App and Can’t Recover My Member Points
I haven’t been able to log into my H&M account through the app or website for the past five days. My account has been permanently locked, and I haven’t received any password reset emails despite multiple attempts. I usually log in automatically through my computer, but I might have entered my password incorrectly a few times. After that, the account was locked, and I’ve been unable to regain access since.
My account contained my H&M Member points, order history, and favorite items list. When I tried to create a new account, I was told that my phone number is already linked to the old account, and since I don’t have another number, I couldn’t register again. When I contacted H&M customer service, they said the issue couldn’t be resolved due to system restrictions and offered no further assistance.
I request that my account be reactivated, my points and order data restored, and that I be allowed to register again using my existing phone number if recovery isn’t possible. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed urgently.
