My account has been restricted for approximately One week, and currently unable to withdraw or transfer my balance of approximately 6539.95 TL. I have previously contacted support by email and phone but have not received any explanation, update, or resolution. I was not called or contacted as to why my account was restricted, i will provide any proof of funds if necessary

Yea, you guys call my number which ring for like 5-6secs and i called back no One picked up my calls and no emails also, can someone please reply to the email give me a detailed written explanation of what is going on with my account, you just cant restrict my account like that without no warning, no email, no call, that is not right.
