I purchased the Dyson V11™ Absolute Extra cordless vacuum cleaner from the dyson.com.tr website. Regarding the product I bought; 1- Deformation in the form of cotton in the product filter, 2- The performance of the product battery has decreased by up to 50% compared to the first use, 3- There has been a gap in the connection of the product's pipe and the main body, and there has been wobble between the vacuum cleaner body/pipe due to this gap, 4- The vacuum cleaner Almost all of the bristles on the soft/velvet head are scattered. Although I applied to the Dyson WhatsApp line, the 8505321144 support line, the live support line and finally the [email protected] mail line (not even a return call! ) for a solution, no action was taken for the solution, it was used too much, it cleaned too much, it was too much. It may have been charged, overfilled or emptied too late, left dirty etc... By saying that, I was accused of using a style and comments that do not suit a company like Dyson and its understanding of quality/trust, and an attitude far from a solution-oriented approach was displayed. During the support process, they avoided solving my problems with very technical (!) explanations such as the filter, it can be like this as you use it, the pipe loosening/shaking can happen as you use it, the battery life is reduced if it is overcharged, and it is normal for the head bristles. In addition, as the last sentence, parts such as filters, batteries, pipes, caps are already consumables, we give a one-year warranty for them, there are problems with your products, but since their warranty is one (1) year, they tried to blame and blame me by saying that your warranty period has expired. In the information e-mails sent to me via my personal e-mail address by Dyson for information purposes, "Your Dyson warranty is active. Dyson offers a 2-year warranty for all its machines and parts including the battery. Your machine is under warranty, so if you encounter any problems, we will send it to you free of charge. we will repair or replace it. Simply contact a Dyson Specialist using the information below." Although it was said, my problems were not solved. Because; All my applications for my Dyson V11™ Absolute Extra wireless product during the warranty period were rejected, causing the warranty period to expire, and I was aggrieved.
