I have been using a Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine, product code 485350-01-TR, for about 4 months. While attaching the Hair Removal Vanes head, specifically the part I use to vacuum carpets, the rubber section in the slot was damaged and broke off during installation. I contacted Dyson both via WhatsApp and through the customer phone line and requested that the damaged Hair Removal Vanes head be replaced. However, I was informed that this situation was considered user error and therefore not covered, and my request was rejected. I have the invoice and purchase information for the product and can provide them whenever needed. I request that the Hair Removal Vanes head of my Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine be replaced free of charge and that this issue be evaluated under warranty, as I believe the damage occurred during normal use.

The tire rupture here was dismissed as user error, and no assistance was offered. Instead, I was told that I need to purchase the observed device for a fee. Isn't this a really funny situation, that because of this tire the whole device has to be replaced, and its price is 5,000 TL. This photo proves that Dyson is not a brand, but a Bolon brand.
