Dyson V12 SV46 Battery Failed After Warranty

I purchased a Dyson SV46 V12 DSAbs cordless vacuum cleaner on 21.01.2024. The product’s battery failed around 20.04.2026, that is, less than three months after the end of the warranty period. We have friends who bought the same model at the same time and they have had no issues, although we use the product in a similar way, which makes us think that there may be a fault specific to our device. Despite this, when I contacted Dyson via the WhatsApp customer service link, my product was not examined at all and I was simply told that the warranty had expired and that I needed to buy a new battery. No checks were carried out to see whether the product had a manufacturing defect or a hidden fault, and our complaint was dismissed just on the basis that the warranty period was over, which has caused us clear grievance. I request that my device be examined by an authorised service, that it be determined whether there is a fault or defect in the product, and, if such a defect is found, that the battery be replaced free of charge. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved and for me to be informed in writing after the necessary checks have been carried out.
