Dyson V15 Detect Clean Filter Warning Keeps Returning

I am using a Dyson V15 Detect cordless vacuum cleaner and since the day I purchased it, I have been constantly receiving the “clean the filter” warning. Within a period of 2 years, this warning has appeared 7 times, and due to this repeated problem I took the device to the Dyson service at Ankara Kentpark. Most recently, I took the product to the Ankara Kentpark service on 21.01.2026. I was informed that maintenance and repair had been carried out and that this model has a chronic fault of this kind. Despite these interventions, the problem keeps recurring, which makes it clear to me that there is no permanent solution being provided and that the device is not functioning as it should under normal use conditions. Because this ongoing situation causes both loss of time and loss of trust in the brand, I request that my problem be resolved permanently. My expectation from Dyson is either a product replacement or a refund, or a truly permanent repair that will prevent this warning from appearing again. I kindly ask for the necessary action to be taken so that this issue can be resolved without further grievance.
Progress
I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner from Dyson's own website on September 14, 2024, paying 28,499 TL. However, since the day I received the product, I have been unable to get the performance I expect from the device. Because of a constantly recurring filter warning, as of today I am unable to use the vacuum at all.
Even though I clean and maintain the filter regularly according to the user manual, the device frequently gives a filter‑cleaning warning and the suction power drops. Experiencing the same error over and over despite following all instructions clearly shows that the problem is not due to user error but stems from the product itself.
Regarding this problem, I have spoken with Dyson customer service many times and opened numerous cases. The product has been sent for service repeatedly, filter replacements have been performed, and it was returned to me after supposedly completing the necessary checks. However, each time I had to send the product back through shipping and service processes, resulting in a serious loss of time and negatively affecting my daily routine. Yet, within a short period the same warning reappeared and the issue was never permanently resolved. In other words, I cannot benefit from a product for which I have paid a high price for a long time, and I am experiencing both financial loss and a significant waste of time and effort.
While my product is still under warranty, I consider such a frequently recurring and unresolved defect unacceptable. Therefore, I request that my Dyson V15 vacuum, due to the recurring filter defect and its unusable state, be treated as a defective product and replaced with a new one, and that my grievance be resolved promptly.

Dyson V15 cihazımda sürekli filtre uyarısı alıyorum, 2 yıl içinde 7 kez servis götürdüm, en son 21.01.2026’da Ankara Kentpark’tan bakım yaptırdım ama sorun devam ediyor. Markadan ürün yenilemesi ya da ücretsiz üst model talep ediyorum ve hiçbir geri dönüş almadım. Bu süreçte çok olumsuz ve ilgisiz bir deneyim yaşadım.
