Honda Lawnmower Marked Delivered But Never Arrived At Address

I ordered a Honda lawnmower from an online store that was advertising it, but although the website shows the product as “delivered”, I have not received anything. I am at home every day and no package has been brought to my address, yet the status has been marked as delivered for about three to four days. I have been trying to reach the store’s customer service regarding this issue but I have not received any response other than the delivery status on the website. I find it unacceptable that a product can be marked as delivered when it has clearly not arrived and that I am unable to get any clarification. I request that either the lawnmower I ordered be properly delivered to me without any additional cost, or that my money be fully refunded as soon as possible. I kindly ask for this situation to be investigated and resolved promptly.
