I am using the 1win Android app and on 16 May 2026 I created a new account with my Aadhaar card, without knowing that there was already another account previously created with the same Aadhaar details. I only became aware of this situation today when I tried to make a withdrawal from my new account and saw that the withdrawal status remained pending. I contacted 1win customer support about this, but so far I have not received any clear explanation or solution regarding the pending withdrawal or the duplicate account situation. I fully respect your policies and I sincerely apologize for unintentionally creating a second account with the same Aadhaar information, as I was not aware of the earlier account. I kindly request that my previous 1win account registered with my Aadhaar card be permanently deleted and that the current account I created on 16 May 2026 be kept active as my main account, with my withdrawals processed accordingly. I am ready to provide any identity or account verification documents needed so that this issue can be resolved in compliance with your rules.
