Dyson V15 Battery Failed After Two Years
I have been using a Dyson V15 for some time and about a week ago the device suddenly shut down and the battery stopped charging. At home we also use a robot vacuum cleaner, so the Dyson V15 has only been used in Eco mode, briefly, about 2–3 times a week. Despite this light and careful use, the battery has failed after 2 years and 4 months, which I do not consider normal for a product of this level and price. After this problem started, I contacted Dyson customer service. They stated that the warranty period had expired by about 4 months and therefore they could only offer a paid battery replacement. I find it very disappointing that, although I trusted the Dyson brand and paid ₺21,000 for this product at the time of purchase, such a serious battery problem occurred in this period and only a paid solution is offered. I believe this situation does not comply with the quality and durability expectations associated with the Dyson brand. I request that my Dyson V15 be examined again and that the battery be replaced free of charge or repaired free of charge as a gesture of goodwill and customer satisfaction. I kindly ask you to review my situation and inform me about the result.

Customer service called. But once again, no support was provided in the consumer's favor. Classic platitudes. I will complain everywhere. I will speak ill of this product to everyone who wants to buy it as much as I can. In short, Dyson is a regret.
