Telegram Account Banned After Losing Access To Linked Phone Number

I have been unable to access my Telegram account on my Android phone for about one week because the phone number linked to my account has been lost and my account has been banned. Since I no longer have this number, I cannot complete the usual recovery steps, and my access to the account is completely blocked. I have already contacted Telegram support about this situation, but my account is still banned. I am requesting that my Telegram account be unbanned and that I be given the opportunity to recover or transfer it, as I can no longer use the original phone number linked to the account.
