Dyson V15 Dustbin Ring Defect Not Covered After Warranty

We purchased our Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner from Dyson.com.tr in March 2023. We never experienced any motor or battery malfunctions, and we used the device very carefully. However, the red and gray rings of the dustbin have separated and no longer fit. After experiencing this problem, we researched it online and found that there are many similar complaints about the dustbin and rings, and that this is being discussed as a chronic problem. When we explained the issue to Dyson customer service, they said they could not help us because the warranty had expired, and they could only give us the stock code for the part and tell us to purchase it from the online store. What I don't understand is this: if this vacuum cleaner is bagless, am I supposed to pay ₺3,200 (as of April 28, 2026) every 2-3 years to buy a new dustbin? It's not right to dismiss such an obvious chronic problem as a matter of time by saying "the warranty has expired." I'd rather buy a cheaper brand and replace the entire unit every two years; it costs the same anyway. I request that Dyson recognize the issue I'm experiencing with these red and gray rings on the dustbin as a chronic problem and replace these parts free of charge. I expect a positive response from Dyson regarding this matter.

You wrote that your satisfaction is very important to us, but when I called by phone you say you can't do anything because the warranty has expired. The broken part is not a piece that can break due to human error; it's not a fragile component. When you look online, many people have the same issue. It's clearly a chronic problem. Moreover, why should I replace the seal? Abroad, this seal and the broken ring are sold separately. The best solution is to buy a cheaper brand and replace it every two years. Why should I spend a fortune on a Dyson and embarrass myself?
