Dyson V15 Detect Keeps Turning Off During Use
I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect cordless vacuum from dyson.com.tr in Türkiye, and shortly after I started using it, the machine began to stop working by itself. After about 10 seconds of use, the vacuum shuts off, which makes it impossible to use it properly. I contacted Dyson customer service about this issue, but I was told that the machine is “perfect” and no problem was accepted, even though the device clearly stops on its own after a few seconds of operation. I am not satisfied with this response, because I believe a product at this price and segment should work continuously without such interruptions. Due to this persistent problem and the lack of an effective solution so far, I request either a full refund or a replacement with a properly working Dyson V15 Detect. I kindly ask for my complaint to be reviewed and for a clear and permanent solution to be provided.
