Dyson Big Ball Absolute 2 Pipe Broke After One Day


I purchased a Dyson Big Ball Absolute 2 vacuum cleaner from the Dyson store on Trendyol on 13.02.2026, and the product was delivered to me on 16.03.2026. On 17.03.2026, while using the device in a normal and careful way, the end of the telescopic connection pipe came off from its place and the vacuum cleaner pipe remained in my hand. In my opinion this clearly indicates a defective and problematic product. After this incident, I contacted Dyson/Trendyol customer service and requested a product replacement, but my request was rejected on the grounds of “user error”. I absolutely do not accept this explanation, because it is not reasonable for such a part to break or come off with normal household use in such a short time, just one day after delivery. I request that my product, which I believe to be defective, be replaced with a new and intact one as soon as possible, or that a proper solution be provided in my favor. I kindly ask for this situation to be re-evaluated and for my grievance to be resolved.
