Dyson V15 Arrived Scratched and Damaged Despite Being Brand New

I purchased a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner directly from Dyson’s official website on October 1. I did not open the box at all until recently. When I finally opened it and removed the product, I noticed scratch-like deformities on the gray handle parts, and the metal gray inner filter was dented inward. In addition, there are similar scratch-like deformations in several areas of the vacuum, making it appear not brand new. I recorded a video clearly showing the condition of the product and sent it to you, because I paid a significant amount of money for this vacuum cleaner and chose Dyson specifically due to my trust in the brand. I do not expect to receive a product in this condition straight out of the box. Since the vacuum arrived scratched and deformed despite being sold as new and unopened, I request that the product be fully replaced with a flawless, unused Dyson V15 as soon as possible, and that this matter be handled in line with Dyson’s warranty and customer satisfaction policy.
