Dyson Robot Vacuum Price Drop After Purchase Causes Customer Complaint

On February 14, 2026, I purchased a Dyson robot vacuum through Hepsiburada. As of April 23, 2026, I noticed that the price of the same product has dropped by approximately $300 online. A discount of this magnitude within such a short period of time clearly indicates a serious inconsistency in pricing policy, and I genuinely feel misled and unfairly treated as a customer who purchased the product earlier.
As someone who made the purchase without delay, I find this situation extremely frustrating. When I contacted Dyson customer service regarding this issue, I was met with a dismissive response suggesting that nothing could be done and that this situation is considered normal. I did not expect such an indifferent attitude from a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction.
I expect Dyson to address the inconvenience caused by this significant price drop in such a short time. A reasonable partial refund reflecting the price difference or an equivalent form of compensation would be an appropriate solution. Additionally, I expect a more transparent and consistent pricing policy going forward. Otherwise, I must state that my trust in the brand has been damaged, and I will continue to share this experience with other consumers.
