Dyson V11 Defect With Cyclone Seals Coming Out and Blowing Dust

My Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner is only about 4 months old, but just 2 months after purchase, the seals under the cyclone started coming out and became deformed. This not only made the product look very poor aesthetically, but it also began blowing dust outward from that area, which has made me lose confidence in both the performance and hygiene of the device.
When I contacted Dyson customer service about this issue, I was told that it is only a cosmetic problem and does not affect the functionality, and I was advised to continue using the product as it is. However, when I still sent the product to service, I was asked to pay approximately $155 for the repair.
I find it completely unacceptable that such a defect occurred in a short time under normal usage, and that I am now being asked to pay a high repair fee for it. I believe this product is defective, and I request that my Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner be replaced with a new one without any charge.

Replace the Dyson service staff, the cyclone seal is breaking on its own, there are a lot of complaints on social media and here, and without any hesitation they are blaming the customer in all caps, shame on you.
Dear Customer, Thank you for the feedback you shared with us. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Rest assured that we will handle the matter with sensitivity. Our solution center representative will contact you as soon as possible to provide support. Sincerely, Dyson Turkey

Don't bother me, I called fifty times, you said 'no' and didn't say 'prophet'; I explained it as an engineer, you didn't understand, you turned your back on the customer and shattered my trust. This four‑month‑old vacuum, which cost me 4,500 TL, came to you. You demanded things, blamed me, and returned it the way I sent it. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board through E‑Government. I no longer want a repair—either replace it or replace it. Watch the video and see if the suction effect is deteriorating. That seal—was it just decorative, as your technicians claimed?

It's been exactly two months since I filed the complaint; the Dyson vacuum was sent for service, a three‑month warranty vacuum that cost 4,500 TL. They demanded a repair fee—why? They sent a payment link; should it be like this? Of course I couldn't accept it; who would? Now the case is with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I have no expectations from them—I'm left alone with my problem. Honestly, I will never buy anything from this brand again, not because it's expensive, but because I have zero trust in them now.
