I own a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner that I purchased from MediaMarkt. The device’s battery has been failing for the last two weeks and is no longer performing as it should, which prevents me from using the product properly. I contacted the service regarding this problem and was informed that a battery replacement is required. Since this issue occurred in a short time and is clearly related to the product’s performance, I request that the battery of my Dyson V15 be replaced free of charge. I can provide my invoice or any service record and customer number if needed to support my request. I kindly ask for this situation to be reviewed and for a free battery replacement to be carried out as soon as possible so that I can continue using the product without problems.

My Dyson V15 vacuum stopped working because it wouldn't charge. The technical service only offered an expensive battery replacement and did not provide the free replacement I requested. The brand did not respond to my replacement request and, at the end of the process, displayed an indifferent attitude.
