I Face Dyson PH05 Repeated Failures and Refund Delay
I purchased a Dyson PH05 humidifier and air purifier from the official Dyson website on March 4, 2026, for approximately $340. However, just two weeks after the purchase, on March 31, 2026, the device stopped working.
I sent the product to service, but despite the unit being replaced three times, each replacement developed the same fault again. Since I no longer want to use a product that keeps breaking, I submitted the device for a refund on March 31, 2026 under service record number 5JB-EU-UNA6894A.
Despite this, 18 business days have passed and my refund has still not been processed. When I contact customer service, I only receive generic responses such as “your return process is ongoing,” with no concrete updates or resolution.
This prolonged delay and lack of clear communication are causing me serious inconvenience. My order number is 43909779, and I request that the full amount of $340 be refunded to me as soon as possible and that my complaint be resolved without further delay.
