Dyson V8 Type 2 Battery Out Of Stock


I am using a Dyson V8 in Bursa, Türkiye and I have been experiencing a serious problem with the battery supply. For about a month I have been trying to obtain a Type 2 battery, but neither Dyson nor the authorized service can provide it. Every time I contact them, I am told that the product is not in stock and that I should follow the stocks, but the Type 2 battery never becomes available. During this process, when I placed an order, the wrong battery was sent to me, so I had to return it and I also have a record of this transaction. Despite my efforts and the time I have spent, I still cannot use my Dyson V8 properly because I cannot access the correct battery. I request that the correct Type 2 battery for my Dyson V8 be supplied to me as soon as possible or that a clear and permanent solution be offered regarding this issue. I expect Dyson to resolve this situation quickly so that I can use the product I purchased without further victimization.
