I Want Umingle to Remove My Video Chat Ban

I am an Umingle user from India, and my access to the video chat feature was banned today at around 10:00. I understand that the ban was triggered because of a message I sent during a chat. I admit that I made a mistake and sent an inappropriate message, and I accept that this was my fault and against your community guidelines. It was a momentary lapse in judgment, not my usual behavior on the platform, and I regret writing it. I kindly request that you review my account and remove the ban on my Umingle video chat access. I am aware of the rules now, I take responsibility for my behavior, and I am committed to following all community guidelines strictly from now on. I would be grateful if you could give me one more chance and restore my access. Please help I have no money I am a poor guy
