Dyson V15 Brush Head Seal Torn No Support From Customer Service

I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect vacuum cleaner on February 23, 2024, through Dyson’s official website. Recently, the flexible side seals (bellows) on the illuminated cleaner head have torn from both the left and right sides at the connection points. As shown in the photos, this part is designed to move during normal use, but it has torn due to regular movement, making the cleaner head unusable.

When I contacted Dyson about this issue, I was informed that my warranty had expired two months ago, and therefore the part could not be replaced under warranty. I was told that my only option was to purchase a new cleaner head for approximately $185. No alternative solutions such as repair, goodwill replacement, or discount were offered—only a purchase link was provided.

I chose Dyson over other brands because of its reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, even though it comes at a higher price point. However, experiencing such a failure in a critical component under normal use within a relatively short time—and receiving no support despite the warranty having just recently expired—has been very disappointing.

I request that Dyson consider the design and intended use of this part and offer a goodwill solution, such as a free replacement or a reasonably priced alternative, to resolve this issue fairly.

I was called by a customer representative and the only thing they told me was that I need to buy a new one. They don't repair, they don't replace, they just say get a new one, and at least give me a discount. It's clear that it's not a user error. I say, "You're right, but we can't give a discount," they say, but the funniest part is that this product isn’t even in stock. When the brush head breaks, we'll probably just throw the vacuums away. I encountered a level of indifference from Dyson that I never expected. I was going to get a Dyson wrap for my spouse as a birthday gift, but now that's no longer possible.

My Dyson v15 Detect vacuum's illuminated head became unusable due to tearing at the joint areas. Even though my warranty expired two months ago, the brand only wanted to sell the part for ₺5,999 and offered no other solution. I am requesting a replacement, but I have not yet received any response or solution.
