Booking.com Refund Not Received After Free Cancellation

On September 11, I canceled my Booking.com reservation (No: 5686****95) under the free cancellation policy. The hotel also confirmed the free cancellation. I had paid a total of €148 with my credit card. After the cancellation, I contacted Booking.com customer service and was given written confirmation that the refund would be issued within 7–12 days. However, 14 days have now passed, and no refund has been received.

Since my payment was processed through Booking.com, I was told that the refund would also be handled directly by Booking.com. I have never experienced a problem like this before. I urgently request that my payment be refunded without further delay.
